  • Ingredients:
  • 2 can of refried beans (vegetarian brand)
  • 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 ounces pepper-jack cheese
  • 2 cups fresh guacamole
  • 6-8 ounces sour cream
  • 6-8 ounces fresh salsa
  • 1 head of finely chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes

  • Lastly, cover with the chopped lettuce, then garnish with chopped tomatoes.

Too rich for me. I enjoy a range of dishes that includes all of these but separately! Like to choose a little here and there.
Gluten free AND vegetarian too. Is that being awkward? I donot do eggs of yeast = badly sick. It does make things a more planned event but K ha d ok growinv repertoire. Rices, spices, pastas. Loads of fruut and vrgetables, cotrage cheese, yoghyrt, salads, now movinv knto biscuits and cakes Yum! Those marmaladd biscuits sound really good - more please......
