Receta Velveeta Cheese Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 to 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 envelope Knox gelatin
- 1 carton Cold Whip
- 1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. well liquid removed maraschino cherries
Direcciones
- Mix and boil 3 min 1 c. crushed pineapple (large), 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 to 1 c. sugar. Dissolve 1 1/2 envelope Knox gelatin in 1/4 c. warm water. Add in to above. Completely cold till mix thickens slightly. Add in 1 package Cold Whip. Add in 1 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese, minced nuts and maraschino cherries. Mix in pineapple mix and let set. Serves 6.
