- 8 ounces hot Italian sausage2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 2-4 teaspoons chopped basil and/or thyme
