  • 1 (1 lb.) loaf cinnamon raisin bread
  • 1 quart. lowfat milk
  • 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • Healthy pinch of grnd nutmeg (opt.)
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break bread in small chunks, place in a large bowl. Add in lowfat milk and let soak for 10 min. Work mix with hands till lowfat milk is absorbed.
  2. Combine Large eggs and next 4 ingredients. Stir into bread mix; pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
