Receta Waffle Iron Corn Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 1 c. cornmeal, coarse grind
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 to 6 T melted shortening
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients, add in melted shortening. Stir well. Add in lowfat milk. Mix. Let stand 15 min or possibly longer. Spread lightly on greased waffle iron. Bake till brown. May be frzn.
