Ingredientes
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c. shortening
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Put flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt in sifter and sift. Set aside. Mix both sugars to shortening. Cream till fluffy. Add in rest of ingredients. Mix well. Make into 3 loaves and wrap in waxed paper and chill. Slice and place on baking sheet, ungreased. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-8 min.
