Receta Walnut Sugar Drop Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. minced black walnuts
Direcciones
- Cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in egg, beat well. Blend in vanilla.
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr and baking soda. Add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk, beating well after each addition. Stir in walnuts. Drop by tsp. about 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Flatten with back of spoon.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min or possibly till done. Remove from baking sheets. Cold on racks. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
- Other nuts can be substituted for black walnuts. Be careful not to burn these.
