Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger or possibly grnd beef
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 can Veg-All
- 1 can peas (English green peas)
- 1/2 c. elbow spaghetti
- 1 (10 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef, onion and green pepper till tender. While which is simmering, cook the spaghetti according to box directions and set aside. Add in all the canned ingredients to the grnd beef mix and heat thoroughly. Transfer this to a casserole dish, add in the spaghetti, mix thoroughly. Place this in a 300 degree oven and bake for 1 hour and 30 min. Yield: 7 to 8 servings.
