Name: Special K Cookies
Ingredients: 1 c. unsalted butter; 1 c. sugar; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour; 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr; 2 c. Special K cereal (or possibly raisin bran or possibly other flaky cereal)

Ingredientes

1 c. unsalted butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1Â 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1Â 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
2 c. Special K cereal (or possibly raisin bran or possibly other flaky cereal)

Direcciones

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixer, or possibly with electric mixer, cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Beat in vanilla and set aside.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour and baking pwdr. Stir flour mix into butter mix till thoroughly blended. Gently stir in cereal. Drop dough by tsp. onto baking sheet, allowing a few inches between cookies. Bake till lightly browned around edges, 10 to 13 min. Let cookies sit on baking sheet for a minute or possibly two before transferring them to cake rack to cold.
