Ingredientes
- 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. cool lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix flour and salt. Pour Wesson oil and lowfat milk into one measuring c. and mix with fork; add in all at once to center of flour. Stir with fork to mix. Press into smooth ball, flattened slightly. Place between two pcs of waxed paper. Place paper-side-up in pie plate. Flute edge. Prick thoroughly with fork.
- Bake 8 to 10 min at 400 degrees. Cold and add in filling. (The nice thing about this crust is which tears made while rolling and shaping in pie plate can be easily mended by just pinching dough back together. Double recipe for double crust pie.)
