Receta Wendy's Chocolate Chip Cookie Bark

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. vegetable shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pkg. (12 ounce.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. oats
- 1/2 c. minced walnut (optional)
Direcciones
- Mix flour and salt and set aside.
- Beat butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla in mixer, beat till light and fluffy scraping bowl. Gradually beat in flour mix till well combined. Stir in 1 c. chocolate chips and 1/4 c. oats. Pat dough into greased jelly roll pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches.
- Sprinkle remaining oats, walnuts and 1 c. chocolate chips over the top. Press lightly onto dough. Bake 25 min at 375 degrees or possibly till edges are lightly browned. Cold completely in pan on wire rack.
- Break in 2 x 1 inch pcs. Makes 6 dozen.
