Receta West Indian Cod Fish Cakes

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. dry codfish
- 2 onions
- 1 pkg. chives
- 1 green pepper
- Healthy pinch of thyme
- Black pepper
- 2 c. self-rising flour
Direcciones
- Soak fish overnight. Boil fish for 30 min. Rinse 3 times. Mince fish and onions, chives and green pepper. Stir in flour, thyme and black pepper. Drop several tsp of mix in a generous amount of oil in skillet on medium flame. Fry to golden.
