Receta Tiger Prawns With Coriander, Mint, Garlic And Sherry

Ingredientes
- Â Â Extra virgin olive oil
- 5 x Tiger prawns
- 1 sm Red chilli, seeded and minced
- 1 Tbsp. Coriander, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Mint, minced
- 1 lrg Clov garlic, finely sliced
- 50 ml Amontillado sherry
- 1/2 x Lemon for garnish
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Season the prawns and add in to the pan and fry for a couple of min on each side.
- Add in the next four ingredients and thirty seconds later the sherry. Transfer to a plate and garnish with the lemon.
