Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- Lg. flour tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Minced sweet onion
- Grated cheese
Direcciones
- Brown beef and drain. Add in refried beans, taco seasoning, and 1/2 c. water. Simmer. Mix stewed tomatoes and enchilada sauce and thicken, if you like. Put beef mix on large tortilla. Add in lettuce, onions, and grated cheese. Fold tortilla sides over mix to create a hard pillow. Top with sauce and microwave a few min.
- Optional: Top sauce with Cheez Whiz.
