Receta Wet Burritos

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 to 2 pound hamburger
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers
- 1/2 c. warm salsa
- 1/3 c. tomato juice
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. mild salsa
- 1 can refried beans
- Finely minced raw onions
- Finely minced tomatoes
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Tortilla shells
- Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Brown hamburger with onions, season with salt and pepper. Take out 2/3, and put in another pan. To remaining 1/3, add in taco seasoning, green chilies, crushed red peppers, and warm salsa. Heat tortilla shells according to directions on package. Hot refried beans. In center of each tortilla shell, put a spoonful of refried beans, another of grnd beef mix, then onions and tomatoes. Fold and put in microwave pan. To reserved 2/3 hamburger, add in tomato juice and mild salsa. Pour over top of burritos. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Microwave till cheese is melted. Top with lowfat sour cream.
