- Mix all ingredients together. Form in a ball; divide into 9 pcs on a floured board, roll. Cut each in a circle, using a saucer as a guide.Heat a large ungreased skillet. Cook each tortilla without overlapping, till dry, turn once. Use immediately for enchiladas or possibly for tacos, bend into a taco shape. Makes 9.
