Receta Wheat Pizza Dough

Ingredientes
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 c. white flour
- 1 1/2 c. wheat flour
- 1 tbsp. dry yeast (1 package)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. hot water
Direcciones
- In large bowl, dissolve sugar in water. Sprinkle yeast over and let stand 10 min or possibly till foamy. Combine flours and salt in separate bowl. Stir oil into yeast mix, stir in half of flour mix. Add in more flour till dough can be gathered into sticky ball. Knead dough 5 min. Cut in half. Cover with waxed paper and let rise 10 min. Roll each half into a 12" circle. Transfer to lightly oiled pans. Stretch dough into large circles. Let rise 15 min before adding toppings. Let raise 30 min for thicker crusts.
