Receta Whiting Fish Cakes
Ingredientes
- 3-4 whitings, steamed, skinned & boned
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. cornmeal or possibly flour
- Oil for frying
- Paper towel
Direcciones
- Prepare fish, flake and add in chopped onion, pepper, beaten Large eggs, cornmeal or possibly flour; mix well. Refrigerate1 hour.
- Heat oil. While mix is still cool, shape into balls; flatten. Fry cakes in warm oil till golden. Remove. Drain on paper towel.
