Receta Whole Grain Waffle Batter

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. whole wheat flour
- 2/3 c. brown rice flour
- 2/3 c. soy flour

- Combine flour and then take 2 c. of flour mix and combine with: 1 teaspoon baking pwdr 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Set aside. 1 c. plain yogurt 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk 3 tbsp. melted butter Wheat germ
- Whip egg whites to stiff peaks, set aside. Combine egg yolks, yogurt, lowfat milk and butter. Add in flour mix and sprinkle in a small amount of wheat germ. Mix in egg whites.
