Receta Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2/3 c. honey
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Mash bananas; add in honey and beaten Large eggs. Combine dry ingredients (except walnuts); add in to banana mix; mix well. Stir in walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan; bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Test with toothpick.
