Receta Grilled Turkey And Mushroom Burgers Withchutney Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd turkey
- 8 ounce Fresh white mushrooms, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Plain lowfat yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. Minced Major Grey chutney

- Makes 4 burgers
- 1. Preheat the grill or possibly broiler and place the rack 4 inches from the heat.
- 2. In a bowl mix turkey, mushrooms, onion, Worcestershire and salt. Shape into 4 (3/4-inch thick) patties.
- 3. Place on a grill or possibly broiler rack. Grill about 5 min per side, till completely cooked through.
- 4. While the burgers are cooking, combine the yogurt and chutney in a small serving bowl. Serve with the burgers.
