Receta Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. mashed bananas (3 med.)
- 1/3 c. oil or possibly melted butter
- 1/2 c. heavy or possibly brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Beat oil and honey together. Add in Large eggs, mix well. Stir in bananas. Add in sifted dry ingredients alternately with warm water. Mix till smooth. Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 min. Cold on wire rack for 1/2 hour before slicing. Freezes well.
