Receta Whole Wheat Brown Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. all purpose unbleached flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk
- 1/4 c. veg. oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. molasses
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease (Not oil) 9x5 inch loaf pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir 70 to 80 strokes till well moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 50 min till toothpick comes out clean. Immediately remove form pan. Serve hot with butter, cream cheese or possibly flavored spread. Makes 1 loaf.
- NOTE: To make sour lowfat milk, combine 2 Tbsp. vinegar or possibly lemon juice and lowfat milk to make 1 1/2 c..
