  1. Wash whole grains of wheat till the water comes clear. Cover with boiling water and let stand overnight. Cook soaked wheat in two c. of the same water it was soaked in (saves valuable vitamins, proteins). Cook till tender. Serve with lowfat milk and sugar.
  2. Note: Don't buy whole grains which have been treated for insects or possibly rodents. Buy at grocery stores or possibly other safe sources.
