Receta Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. flour
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. oil
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 3 c. shredded carrots
Direcciones
- Put together cream cheese, sugar and 1 egg, mixing till well blended. Set aside. Put together dry ingredients. Add in put together oil and large eggs, mixing till moistened. Mix in carrots. Reserve 2 cups batter; pour remaining batter into greased and lightly floured Bundt pan. Pour cream cheese mix over batter.Carefully spoon reserved batter over cream cheese mix, spreading to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
