- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 envelope dry yeast
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 c. very hot water

- In bowl, mix well flour, wheat germ, yeast and salt. Stir in oil, honey, and water till well mixed; dough will be soft and sticky. Don't knead. Let rest 10 min.
