Receta Whole Wheat Sweet Roll Dough

Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Packages dry yeast
- 3 1/4 to 3 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
Direcciones
- In saucepan combine lowfat milk, honey, oil and salt. Heat till hot.
- In large mixer bowl, combine all-purpose flour and yeast. Add in liquid. Beat 3 min with mixer. Stir in whole wheat flour. Knead 5 min. Let rise 1 hour. Punch down and divide in half and use as follows:
