Receta Whole Wheat Tortillas
Ingredientes
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oil
Direcciones
- In bowl of food processor, put together flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Turn food processor on high and add in oil. Add in water gradually till mix cleans sides of bowl and forms ball in center of bowl. Let the machine knead the dough for 2 min. Remove dough and divide into 4 parts. Let rest 10 min.Roll very thin on flour covered board. Bake on lightly oiled or possibly sprayed griddle. Turn when little bubbles appear and bake other side. Use for tacos, burritos, enchiladas, etc. Makes 4 tortillas.
