Receta Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. grated zucchini
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Mix liquids; add in zucchini; then add in all dry ingredients. Pour into 4 small baby loaf pans or possibly two large loaf pans, greased. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hrs. Don't overbake. Bake baby loaf pans only about 50 min.
