With four kids it seems like I always have hungry bellies in the house! However sometimes they're not in the mood for a big meal so I like to make them a wholesome snack. Smoothies are the perfect way to fill them up because they're packed with protein, they taste delicious and are nutritious!
These are quite simple to make because they only require three ingredients! Your favorite flavor of Yoplait® yogurt, frozen fruit and some milk. Place it in a blender and mix!
