Receta Wild Rice Sausage Casserole
The seasoned wild rice and sage sausage give this casserole a great savory flavor that is just right on a cool evening. Serve with some crusty bread and enjoy!
Ingredientes
- 2 7 ounce packages seasoned wild rice mix
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage, sage variety
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 cups sharp shredded Cheddar
Direcciones
- 1. Cook wild rice according to package directions.
- 2. Brown sausage, drain.
- 3. Chop onion and pepper.
- 4. Mix rice, sausage, onion, pepper, soup and 1 cup of cheese in a large bowl.
- 5. Put in a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cup of cheese.
- 6. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.
