  • 2 7 ounce packages seasoned wild rice mix
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage, sage variety
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 cups sharp shredded Cheddar

Direcciones

  1. 1. Cook wild rice according to package directions.
  2. 2. Brown sausage, drain.
  3. 3. Chop onion and pepper.
  4. 4. Mix rice, sausage, onion, pepper, soup and 1 cup of cheese in a large bowl.
  5. 5. Put in a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cup of cheese.
  6. 6. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.
