Ingredientes
- 1 Steamed rice 200gr
- 2 Diced onion 20gr
- 3 Diced tomato 20gr
- 4 Sliced spring onion 5gr
- 5 Shrimps (no shell) 100gr
- 6 Oyster sauce 10gr
- 7 Salt 3gr
- 8 White pepper powder 1gr
- 9 White sugar 2gr
- 10 Whole egg 1pcs
- 11 Corn oil 80ml

- 14 Garnish:
- 15 Sliced cucumber 5sliced
- 16 Spring onion 1pcs
- 17 Coriander leaf 1sprig
Direcciones
- *Pre cooked the shrimps and set aside.
- *Heat a wok.
- * Add the corn oil and egg cooked until done.
- * Pour the cooked shrimps, steamed rice ,onion and tomato.
- *Season with oyster sauce ,salt , pepper ,and sugar.
- *Add the spring onion .
- *Remove to the dish and garnish
