Ingredientes
- Knorr or possibly other vegetable soup mix
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- Sourdough round bread
- 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach
Direcciones
- Mix soup and lowfat sour cream, liquid removed, thawed spinach. Let sit several hrs. Cut off top of sourdough round. Cut in cubes. Scoop out inside of bread; cut in cubes. Serve dip inside bread, arrange cubes around.
