- 1 package crinkle wedge potatoes
- 2 ½ c. shredded nacho cheese
- ½ c. olives and jalapenos, minced
- ½ c. red bell peppers, minced
- ½ c. green onions, minced
- fresh salsa
- lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Cook the potato wedges according to the package directions but take them out 2 min early. Top with remaining ingredients except salsa and lowfat sour cream. Broil till the cheese is bubbly. Top with the lowfat sour cream and salsa. A great super bowl snack!
