Receta Yeast Raised Waffles

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Direcciones
- Put warm water into a large bowl and stir in yeast. Let stand 5 min. Heat butter in lowfat milk over medium heat to lukewarm. Add in lowfat milk, butter, salt and sugar to yeast. Stir in flour. Beat till smooth. Cover, let stand overnight at room temperature. Just before baking add in 2 large eggs and baking soda and beat well. The batter will be very thin. Bake in hot waffle iron.
