Receta Yellow Cornbread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. yellow corn meal
- 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 Large eggs
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (for pan)
- healthy pinch of salt
Direcciones
- Prepare oven to 350F.
- Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking pwdr and baking soda and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk with egg. Beat lightly.
- Slowly stir buttermilk mix into the dry ingredients.
- Add in butter and beat for 1 minute.
- Bake 20-25 min in a 8x8 inch greased baking pan.
- Cut into squares.
