Receta Zippy Vegetable Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr or possibly curry pwdr
- 1 teaspoon minced parsley or possibly any herb on hand
- Buttermilk may be used to make dip which is thinner, more like salad dressing
Direcciones
- Blend all ingredients well and refrigerate. Goes well with tomato wedges, carrot sticks, celery, sliced raw squash, broccoli, cauliflower. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
