Receta Zucchini Cake With Pudding

- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. grated zucchini
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. nuts (opt.)
- 1/2 c. raisins (opt.)
Direcciones
- Mix together large eggs, oil, sugar and zucchini. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake in 2 loaf pans, greased and lightly floured at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Freezes well.
