Receta Zucchini Cake With Sour Cream Frosting

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. pureed zucchini (if frzn, drain well)
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar or possibly 3/4 c. honey
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- In large bowl, put together all ingredients.Mix on low speed till blended, then increase speed to high for 2 min. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 30 to 35 min at 350 degrees. Cool and frost.
- Put together ingredients and mix well. Spread on cooled cake.
