Ingredientes
- 3lbs of Celery
- 2lbs Onion, Spanish
- 1/2 cup of Fresh Garlic
- 2lbs of Green Bell pepper
- 4lbs of Zucchini
- 1 1/2 gals of diced tomato (#10cn)
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of fresh basil
- 2 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 1/2 gals vegetable stock
- Fresh Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Direcciones
- Saute celery, onions and bell pepper in tilt grill.
- Saute until tender.
- Use olive oil when sauteing vegetables.
- Add remaining ingredients, except parmesan cheese.
- Simmer soup until flavors are mingled, at least one hour.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
