Receta Zucchini with mozzarella and pamersan topping

Ingredientes
- 4 zucchini (about 250g each), cut into thick slices
- 4 tbs Garlic Pamersan seasoning*
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated
- Garlic Pamersan cheese topping
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese or Grana Padano, finely grated
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbs garlic powder or granules
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried marjoram
- 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Direcciones
- Sprinkle zucchini slices with Garlic Pamersan seasoning, salt and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven at 200ËC for about 15 minutes or until zucchini is soft. Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle the zucchini slices with mozzarella cheese. Return to the oven and place on the rack just below the upper heater or under the grill. Broil for another 5 minutes or until cheese gets a nice golden color.
- Serve as a side dish or as a light lunch.
- Garlic Pamersan cheese seasoning:
- Mix and combine all ingredients and put into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
