Ingredientes
- 4 sqr Baker's unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 c. Butter, (1/2 stick)
- 1/4 c. Prune puree or possibly Lighter Bake
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 c. Minced nuts, optional
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oven to 350 F. (325 F for glass baking dish).
- 2. Microwave chocolate and butter in a large bowl on HIGH power 1 minute or possibly till butter is melted. Stir till chocolate is completely melted.
- NOTE:adjust time/power of microwave if needed... my microwave will scorch the chocolate if I go too long on HIGH power).
- 3. Stir prune puree and sugar into chocolate till well blended. Fold in Large eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts till well blended. Spread into a greased, foil-lined 9x13" pan.
- 4. Bake 28 to 35 min, till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Don't OVERBAKE. Cold in pan; cut into squares.
- Makes 24 fudgy brownies
