  • Bluefish fillets
  • 1 x Lime
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry onion flakes Pepper Melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Gin, or possibly so

Direcciones

  1. 1. Put fillet(s) in an oiled baking pan, sprinkle with the juice of the lime, dry onion flakes, pepper and a little melted butter. Let stand for 30 min or possibly so.
  2. 2. Broil in preheated broiler till nearly done.
  3. 3. Pull out of the broiler and pour over gin - mixed with a little more butter, I think. Return to broiler to flame. Author's Notes: Other possibilities for bluefish: Baked bluefish fillets wrapped in bacon strips
  4. Bluefish a la puttanesca: Cover with puttanesca sauce (see a pasta book - tomatoes, black olives, anchovies, capers ...) and bake.
