Ingredientes
- 1 x Baked pie crust
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 c. Dry bread crumbs
- 1 can (8-ounce) tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1/4 c. Minced green pepper
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Each: salt, dry mustard, and Worcestershire
- 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- In 2-qt casserole, cook and stir meat till brown, 5-6 min. Drain.
- Stir in salt, oregano, pepper, crumbs, 1/2 c. tomato sauce, onion and green pepper. Turn into crust. Cook on medium for 10 min (or possibly high for 7 min.) Add in lowfat milk to egg; stir in seasonings and cheese. Place on meat mix and cook on medium for 2 min or possibly high for 1-1/2 min. Brown 3-4 min.
