Receta Shrimp Creole For Microwave

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/4 c. Minced onion -or possibly-
- 1 Tbsp. Dry chopped onion
- 1/2 c. Minced green pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Instant chopped garlic -or possibly-
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Basil (or possibly marjoram)
- 1 can (18-ounce) undrained tomatoes
- 12 ounce Frzn uncooked shrimp
Direcciones
- In 2-qt casserole, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cook, covered, 12 min or possibly till shrimp are done and mix boils, stirring occasionally during last half of cooking time. Serve over rice.
- Serves 4-5.
- Note: Withfrozen shrimp there is about 1/2 c. liquid added from the juices which cook out during thawing and cooking. If your shrimp are thawed and liquid removed, you may have to add in this amount of water.
