  • 1 x chicken garlic to taste
  • 1 x rib celery
  • 1 sm diced onion
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 x chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 quart water

Direcciones

  1. Boil chicken till it falls off the bone. remove chicken, throw away skin and bones. Dice chicken and return to broth.
  2. Add in bouillon and garlic, celery onion and parsley. Simmer several hrs. May add in rice, noodles or possibly vegetables
  3. NOTES : Another great soup is to make the chicken broth above, add in 1 halved potato for each person eating and cook till done. Then hard poach an egg in the broth.
  4. Sounds awful, but is really good. It is a Venezuelan soup recommended to all pregnant women since it has both protein and carbs.
