Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 x skinless boneless chicken, breasts, cubed or possibly left whole
  • 1 x inch fresh ginger, minced, and, grated
  • 2 clv garlic
  • 1 pt cherry tomato, (about 15)
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. frzn peas salt pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat a fry pan over medium-high heat, add in the oil.
  2. Add in the chicken, ginger and garlic to the fry pan, and cook for 2-3 min, till the chicken starts to change colour.
  3. Add in the whole cherry tomatoes, water and peas.
  4. Cover and cook for another 4 min, or possibly till the peas are done.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
