Receta Chicken With Cherry Tomatoes And Ginger

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 x skinless boneless chicken, breasts, cubed or possibly left whole
- 1 x inch fresh ginger, minced, and, grated
- 2 clv garlic
- 1 pt cherry tomato, (about 15)
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. frzn peas salt pepper
Direcciones
- Heat a fry pan over medium-high heat, add in the oil.
- Add in the chicken, ginger and garlic to the fry pan, and cook for 2-3 min, till the chicken starts to change colour.
- Add in the whole cherry tomatoes, water and peas.
- Cover and cook for another 4 min, or possibly till the peas are done.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
