Ingredients: 1/2 c. Butter; 2 x Egg, separated; 1 1/2 c. Flour, cake; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 c. Sugar; 1/2 c. Lowfat milk; 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr; 2 tsp Cinnamon

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Butter
2 x Egg, separated
1 1/2 c. Flour, cake
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Lowfat milk
1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
2 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

Cream butter and sugar well, then add in the beaten egg yolks and beat well.
Add in the lowfat milk. Sift the dry ingredients together and add in to mix. Mix in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into well-greased layer cake pans and bake at 375-F for 20 min. When cold, ice with favorite frosting.
