  1. 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with foil. Remove and throw away giblets from Cornish game hens. Using kitchen scissors, cut game hens in half, cutting through center of breast and along backbone. Remove and throw away skin.
  2. 2. Place hen halves cut side down in foil-lined pan. Brush with soy sauce; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients; mix well. Generously brush hen halves with glaze.
  4. 4. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 min or possibly till hens are fork-tender and juices run clear, brushing frequently with glaze.
  5. 5. In small saucepan, bring remaining glaze to a boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute or possibly till warm and slightly thickened. Spoon over hen halves.
